Managing complex, multi-use projects across large sites is a particular skill. Our key people have worked on strategic sites from “cradle to grave”. From the initial engagement with the Local Plan process, through the requirements of planning consent- including Environmental Impact Assessment, we have brough major land projects to fruition. Often taking ten or twenty years to build out, we have substantial experience in devising and negotiating planning obligations that recognise the commercial realities and risks of these particular projects.
