We learnt so much and have come away in slight dread of what’s to come and how on earth local authorities are going to manage the workload. Plus, a worry what the regs might do to affordable housing schemes, brownfield sites and small development sites where viability is already so tight. We are all for a better environment but it has to be balanced.
