How do we help?
We work with businesses and landowners to help them to maximise their assets. Sometimes this can start with simply establishing the status of the asset they have – with lawful use certificates and verification of historic uses. We can then provide the full suite of support to take sites through land promotion or planning applications.
We can assemble and manage professional teams of designers, engineers, and experts to assist in this process, and just as easily work alongside specialists that our clients already have.
We support local authorities in their statutory roles and planning duties. Providing additional resource to deal with planning applications, policy-making or any other area where an Authority finds itself needing independent, timely and well-structured advice.
We are adept at negotiating conditions and advising on S106 provisions, and continue to support clients post consent through Reserved Matters and condition submissions and sign-offs.
